How to order your custom memorial

Step 1: Place Your Order

Select your desired memorial option and complete your purchase directly from the pet memorial page options.

Because each piece is custom created, your order secures your place in the production queue.

Step 2: Send Your Pet’s Photos

After completing your order, please send:

3–5 clear digital photos of your pet.

In the subject line, include:

Your Full Name + Pet’s Name

(Example: John Smith – Bella)

Step 3: Design & Creation

Once both payment and photos are received, your memorial will be carefully designed using your pet’s photos and digitally placed into the Rainbow Bridge scene.

Each piece is created with attention to detail to reflect your pet’s appearance, spirit, and presence in a peaceful and meaningful way.

Each memorial is custom created to order using your pet’s photos, so full payment is required before design and production begin.

Artistic Interpretation

Your pet’s photos are used as reference material and thoughtfully incorporated into a custom digitally created memorial scene.

This is a custom artistic memorial tribute, not an exact photographic replica. Final placement, pose, and perspective are adjusted as needed to create a natural and balanced composition.

Turnaround Time

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for design, production, and shipment after both payment and photos are received.
